Johannesburg - President Jacob Zuma will address the National Council of Provinces on Thursday.
This comes amid the strike by Nehawu members, who were locked out of Parliament on Wednesday.

News24 reported that workers protesting over performance bonuses sang outside the very gates that students had banged and pushed on after clashes with police on October 21 in the #FeesMustFall protest.
So far, the protesters have disrupted committees, and shut down the National Assembly. More than 40 police cars with almost 100 policemen in the precinct were stationed in Parliament.
It is likely that there will be more police presence during Zuma’s address to manage striking workers.
