Brilliant outdoor fun for kids in Johannesburg

Cape Town - School holidays are certainly the most exciting time of the year for children. We all remember the feeling of packing our school bag away for a few days and just being able to have some fun.

Which is why we have put together a list of activities to inspire your adventurous side and allow you to enjoy that all-important quality time with your kids, while out in nature.

FRUIT PICKING

Picking the big ripe peaches and baking something delicious is a good day-outing on its own. At Camdeboo Farm, children can explore the world of South African Agriculture. They will also see what farmers and farm workers do all year. Take your peaches home and cook up something delicious. South Africans all know that nothing beats fresh peaches and custard! What a treat.

CULTURAL FUN

Have fun at the Lesedi Cultural Village -  Kids can try their hand at the Ketti slingshot challenge, try interactive drumming, adventure with their amazing race and test your knowledge with a Lesedi Quiz.
