Expo yourself - The Indo Asia Festival 2015 will be open to the general public as well as trade buyers from 10:00 until 20:00 from 5 September.  

For the love of Art - See some of Africa's best amateur photography in this exhibition at Nature’s Best Photography Africa exhibition at the Iziko South African Museum in Queen Victoria street, Cape Town. 

Treat the family - Why not rent a bicycle on the Sea Point promenade with sea point bikes at teach your kid how to cycle on one of the most beautiful shoreline tracks in the world?

Movers and Shakers – Comedian Barry Hilton is live for ONE NIGHT ONLY at the Rockwell all-suites Hotel in Cape Town on 6 September at 19:00. Get your tickets and do a few sit-up beforehand - you'll need the tough abs for all that laughing. 

Wine and Dine – Taste the spirit of Cape Town by going on an iconic Bo-Kaap Cooking Tour. Get your hands dirty in a practical lesson on how to cook like a real Cape Malay 'Auntie'! 

Couple Karma - Summer lovin', had me a blast Summer lovin', happened so fast...  Get into some old school loving when you take your bae to see Grease at the Playhouse Theatre in Somerset West. Tickets are sold online for R120 a piece. 

JOBURG:

Easy Mornings: Easy into the weekend at the Riversands Farm Village for casual walks or tree-top adventures or check out the farmstyle market only on Sunday mornings.


Day Tripping: Check out the Soweto Wine Festival taking place this weekend - it's not your average wine event and follow #72hrsSoweto for all the action.

Expo yourself: InfoChef, hosted by the South African Chef Association, is taking place at the Nasrec Expo Centre this weekend. Go to enjoy all things culinary and related to the hospitality profession.

For the love of Art: George Orwell's timeless classic novel Animal Farm, adapted to stage, is on at the Market Theatre until Sunday 6 September. Don't miss out.

Treat the family: Ship the loved ones off to the Shed on R59 for some gourmet market fun with a delightful kids play area too or go Mountain Bike adventuring at Marks Park in Emmarentia which has been transformed into a R1.5m obstacle course including a 700m underground tunnel.

Movers and Shakers: Make a big bang of it at the largest paint party in Joburg, Life In Colour, will be taking place at Nasrec Expo Centre on Saturday from 5th of September.

Wine and Dine: Take a culinary tour of the 27 boxes out at Melville where you can sample delectable treats from the Frying Dutchman all the way through to 

Couple Karma: Sweep your partner off their feet by checking into Melrose Arch Hotel for the weekend or if an overnight is not an option, stop in on Sunday morning for the leisurely breakfast, complete with sparkling wine and Oysters.

DURBAN:

Easy Mornings: Check out The Morning Trade market on Sunday in the city centre. Make room for breakfast pancakes, cakes, falafels and much more.

Day Tripping: Ever been on a Durban Riksha Bus? Take in the good weather and go see uShaka Marine, Durban’s City Hall, Green Hub and many more all from the road. 

Expo yourself: Eat, drink and dress like a real Bavarian German at the Bierfest. Great for food lovers and beer fanatics. 

For the love of Art: Looking for some art and culture? Head to the KZNSA Gallery for a wonderful exhibition featuring the work of 7 different artists.

Treat the family: Get outdoors! I HEART Market for you all to enjoy fresh produce and local food on a spring morning. Or head to ERA Ice Cream Parlour fo some sinful sweet treats. 

Movers and Shakers: Top SA music artists rocking your weekend - Durban Day - bound to be full day and entertainment at the Moses Mahbida Stadium.

Wine and Dine: Enjoy an amazing burger at the newly opened Rocomamas at Gateway. Their spicey fries are quite remarkable and friendly service is always a winner!

Couple Karma: Pampering is always the way to do it. At the Ambrosia Wellness Spa, Relax and bliss out with your loved one.  

PORT ELIZABETH: 

Easy Mornings: Head to the 5th Valley Market in Baakens Valley where you will find over 50 stalls to suit all tastes

Day Tripping: Take a day trip to Shamwari Game Reserve, this malaria-free private nature reserve in the Eastern Cape will allow you to experience the best of SA's Big5.
