PICS: A water slide into the ocean?! We're on the next flight to Italy

Cape Town - Never mind the Sistine Chapel, the Tower of Pisa or cruising the canals of Venice in a gondola, there's one reason and one reason only that we want to visit Italy as soon as possible...

A gigantic, cliff-clinging water slide that ends in the ocean!

Located at Citta del Mare, a large holiday resort in the Sicilian city of Palermo, the Toboggan - as the slide is known - comprises 11 slides, split over four levels.

If you take the ride all the way from the top, you will cruise through three levels of sparkling swimming pools and then embark on the last set that will spit you out into the balmy Gulf of Casellammare.

How amazing does that sound?

And we thought the Royal Flush was a thing! Pfffft!
