Call it what you what, Port Elizabeth is one of the coolest places in SA. 

Hugged by a warm Indian Ocean with lovely, sandy shores that stretch along the entire spine of the city, PE is a perfect mix of high city life and easy-going Eastern Cape flair. It's a halfway stop on the scenic N2, and a place of rest for passers-through and locals. 

The city really is friendly. Roads and highways are easy to navigate, there isn't an overwhelming amount of malls and high-rise buildings, the weather is damn fine and the people are even finer.
