Wasabi and sesame crusted Tuna Bruschetta by Justin Bonello

First prepare your own bruschetta. Rub in garlic and add a good amount of olive oil and toast on the braai until golden and crunchy. The lemon, wasabi paste and fresh ginger make for a divine Asian flavour. Enjoy this meal with a good glass of white wine.
