Cape Town - Snow lovers around the country were once again treated to a white winter weekend in especially the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.

In Cape Town and the coastal parts of the Eastern Cape, however, it seemed as if spring had come a month early this year. Cape Town experienced two warm and sunny winter weekend days, while coastal towns like Port Elizabeth and East London too had a warm weekend.
The South African Weather Service, however, warned of another cold front to hit the Western Cape and Cape Peninsula tomorrow, 4 August. The cold front will be accompanied by rain showers and would move in a southern direction over the country.
