Cape Town - The South African Weather Services warn of extremely high fire danger conditions expected over northern parts of the Northern Cape, western parts of North West province, the West Coast district as well as the Little Karoo.
South Africans are advised to watch for thunderstorms over the Gauteng, central parts of the North West and eastern parts of the Free State.
Wind speeds in the Cape Town will reach up to 40km/ph, and stay between 20km/ph and 35 km/ph up the sunshine coast.

Temperatures across the country will be hot. Vredendal will be the hottest place in the country, reaching a maximum of 42°C.

Cape Town is expected to reach a maximum of 33°C, Port Elizabeth 33°C and Durban 27°C.
Inland, temperatures will reach 32°C in Bloemfontein, 38 in Upington and 36°C in Kimberly.
Pretoria will top at 32°C and Ermelo will stay mild at 24°C.
