Cape Town - Low-cost carrier FlySafair has announced their "Kids Fly for Free" offer for travelling minors in June in a bid to make family travel more convenient in the upcoming holidays.
Even with the dreaded new visa regulations for travelling minors fast approaching, airlines are still expecting an increase in during the peak holiday periods.

According the a statement released by FlySafair, the number of travellers under the age of 12 nearly doubles in the holiday period, as more families are inclined to travel together to their holiday destinations.
The airline has therefore announced their "Kids Fly for Free" offer for June.
FlySafair’s “Kids Fly For Free” offer is effective on all flights booked from today until 16 June 2015 for flights departing between 1 and 30 June 2015, just in time for the start of the school holidays.
"On average, FlySafair’s mini VIP’s make up about 6% of our overall travel market," explains Kirby Gordon, Vice President of Marketing for FlySafair.
"We are committed to seeing this percentage grow and with Youth Month just around the corner, we thought it the perfect opportunity to offer our smaller travellers a very special deal," said Gordon.
