Amsterdam - The Netherlands had a taste of loadshedding when a power outage caused for much chaos at an airport in the Lowlands.
All flights to and from Amsterdam's Schiphol airport were cancelled on Friday following a major power outage in the Dutch capital and surrounding region, an airport spokesperson said.

The spokesperson said the airport experienced a lot of problems due to the outage at Europe's fourth largest airport and while power has been restored, incoming flights are still being diverted.
