This couple’s story transcends the definition of unconditional love
Now this couple’s story will really tug at your heartstrings. Following a stage four diagnosis for liver cancer, Rowan Pancoga wanted nothing more than to marry his sweetheart, Liezl.
According to Buzzfeed, the couple originally planned to get married in May, but unfortunately things took a turn for the worse and plans were made to have the wedding at the hospital.
With just a few hours left to live, a wedding was arranged and Rowan got to marry the girl of his dreams. He died shortly after.
