How to up your bra size without going under the knife

accreditation
Are you one of those women who would like to add a bit extra to their bust, but you don’t want to go through the pain and expense of having your breasts augmented?  Yes, I am one of those too.

The clothing you wear can make a big difference to how big or small your bust appears, no matter your size.  These tips and tricks can be especially useful for women who are smaller on the top than on the bottom.  By adding volume to your bust, you balance out those gorgeous curvy hips, creating a slimmer look.

Here are my 3 top tips:

1.  Wear a padded bra.  Padded bras have come a long way in the last few years. Padding ranges from just a little bit of a push-up to serious cleavage creating styles. The key to finding one that is comfortable to wear everyday, is the fit. I recommend that you go to a store where trained professionals can fit you properly and suit your needs.

2.  Wear high cut necklines. This creates the illusion that your bust is bigger than it is.  Just make sure that your girls are hanging at the right level, so you don’t look like you are drooping. Once again, a good bra is the key to making this look work for you.

3.  Wear tops with a cowl, ruffles or detail to add volume to your bust and or wear tops that emphasise your shoulders. By emphasising your shoulders, you take the emphasis off your bust and to your shoulders. Shoulder emphasising styles may include off the shoulder styles, off one shoulder styles, halter etc.
