Did Lindsay lie about her miscarriage to get sympathy from viewers?

Los Angeles - On Sunday night Lindsay Lohan made a shocking announcement on the final episode of Lindsay, the OWN cable channel series.

According to Lohan she suffered a miscarriage during the taping of her reality TV series.

But according to a new source the troubled Hollywood star made up the sensational claims in order to garner sympathy from viewers and distract from her unprofessional behaviour.

Two separate sources, both of whom are close to the actress, told RadarOnline.com that they believe the Mean Girls star, 27, was never pregnant.

Lindsay has not commented on the latest allegations against her.
