Hilary Duff is DONE with Tinder!

Los Angeles - Hilary Duff has quit Tinder.

The Lizzie McGuire star - who previously revealed she had used the mobile dating app to find a date - has since shut down her profile on the site.

She told PEOPLE magazine: "I'm not still using it. It was really fun for me for a minute; I wanted to experience something totally normal and also shock people.

"No one thought I was really on it - and I was really on it!"

The 27-year-old beauty - who filed for divorce from her estranged husband Mike Comrie earlier this year - previously admitted she was "nervous" ahead of her Tinder date.

She said: "I was sitting with my friends one night at the house and we were joking around. In my life, I have always had really serious boyfriends. I've always met people through work and I have never been on a blind date. What's the worst that could happen?

"I have my first date tonight and I'm really, really nervous. We're going bowling, so it can't be too expensive. I like that. I've never dated just a total normie."

And whilst she thought the date was "cool", Hilary - who has three-year-old son Luca from her previous relationship to Mike - wasn't sure if she would be meeting up with him again.

Speaking after their bowling night, she shared: "We went bowling so we didn't have to talk too much, but we did talk a lot actually.

"He was cool. He brought a friend and I had some friends there. He used to be in editing for reality shows. Now, he's an actor and he just wrote a play. He's an interesting guy.

"To be honest, I don't really want [to date] an actor. [But] I think he has a few jobs."
