Los Angeles - Tyga and Kylie Jenner took time out of their glamorous lives to visit a children's hospital.
The Rack City hitmaker and his Keeping Up With the Kardashians star girlfriend are seen visiting a local hospital in a new episode of Kingin' With Tyga and the rapper admits he loves making the kids happy when he goes to see them.
He said: "I think it's good to work with like a children's hospital and I've been doing it for the last couple of years and every year is just getting bigger and better. I meet more kids and put more smiles on kids' faces.
"It's a very humbling experience to really just touch somebody and make them feel great even though they're going through a lot. It just shows your how music transcends and it could be used as good."
The pair posed for selfies with patients as well as handed out presents.
It is not the first time Kylie has visited a children's hospital in recent weeks.
Earlier this month, ahead of her eighteenth birthday, she instagramed a pic with the caption: "Let the birthday celebrations begin! First stop: @childrensla. (sic)"
