How does it feel to be SA’s first ever X factor winners?

FOUR:
It feels amazing. It’s unreal and overwhelming. It hasn’t sunk in yet.

Channel24:
Did you at any moment think you would win?

FOUR:
We hoped we would win. You can’t explain the feeling. It’s always at the back of your mind that you could win but when it actually happens you still can’t believe you won.

Channel24:
What was it like working with Oskido?

FOUR:
He taught us so much. We always say he is the godfather of house music. He has been around for decades. We are so grateful to have worked with someone like Oskido.

Channel24:
What did you enjoy most about the experience?

FOUR:
The entire experience, Just being able to go out to perform in front of so many people every week, you get the feel for it and it builds your confidence. And everything we were taught with regards to different genres and styles. Every week was different.

Channel24:
What are four interesting facts about the group that might surprise your fans?

FOUR:
1. David is the forgetful one and he can nap anywhere. Even on a bed of nails!

2. Steven is the comedian.

3. Jethro is the introvert

4. The band was initially going to be made up of four members but we worked together so well together so well that we decided against getting another member. Initially we were against keeping the name FOUR but then found a new explanation. The fourth element could be God or our families or fans or the music.
