BUSINESS

Eskom is negotiating with National Treasury on how it can get a 3 000MW gas-fired power station built in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, without borrowing more money.

This comes after the National Energy Regulator of SA (Nersa) gave the utility the go-ahead to construct a new power station.
