A company based in Istanbul, Bosphorus Yurt Isletmeciligi, claims that the beleaguered ANC heavyweight’s foundation did not stick to the terms of an agreement because it failed to pay about R1 million.

Embattled former ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule could be held liable for breach of contract following the Ace Magashule Foundation’s alleged failure to pay for the accommodation of students it sponsored to live and study in Turkey.
