Nuremberg - German workers last year clocked up the most hours at work since 1992, according to a report by the German Institute for Research into the Labour Market and Careers (IAB) published Tuesday in Nuremberg.
Germans worked a total of 58.5 billion hours in 2014, or 1.5% more than in 2013, the IAB report said. The record for 1992, when Germans worked 59.9 billion hours, remains unbroken.
