CONGRATULATIONS, dear taxpayers, you are funding yet another structure with big plans but who knows what efficacy.

From what I hear, a rather tumultuous meeting was held on 23/4 March in Bloemfontein to elect the office bearers for the Cultural and Creative Industries Federation of South Africa (CCFISA).

Why should I care? I am president of the South African Science Journalists Association, after all, which is quite a long way from playwrights and musos and artists, right?
