Cape Town - Retirement is a word with mixed associations.
For some, it’s a period of life they look forward to, whereas for others, it’s something to be feared.
The truth is that retirement can be both exciting and daunting, which is why it’s important to take the time to think about it and prepare yourself for the years that lie ahead.
The Wealth Corporation will be hosting a series of retirement seminars, free of charge, across South Africa in order to help people get retirement-ready, and to prepare for the future.
Ruda Landman will be master of ceremonies at these seminars, and speakers will include Dr Woolf Solomon, Pieter Nieuwoudt and Madeleine Schubert.
They will focus on retirement holistically, looking at everything from finance and estate planning to the emotional and health side.
The seminars will take place in Johannesburg on October 29, in Pretoria on October 30, in Durban on November 5 and in Cape Town on November 6 from 07:00 to 11:00.
