GovChat has hit back at accusations from WhatsApp that it failed to comply with data protection requirements.

Earlier this week, WhatsApp and its owner, Meta (formerly known as Facebook), were found guilty by the Competition Commission of abusing their dominance to the detriment of GovChat, following an investigation that started in 2020.
