Eskom. Cholera. South African Airways. South African Post Office. Denel. Transnet. Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa. South African Police Service. South African National Defence Force. Public healthcare system. Municipal infrastructure. Poor education outcomes. Zimbabwe. Private and official corruption. The world's worst inequality. What we have all watched during the past 30 years of ANC misrule and mismanagement is a gradual and then seemingly sudden destruction of the fatherland, writes Sikonathi Mantshantsha.

"Two ways. Gradually and then suddenly." Not too long into the future, that would be the only response South Africans would be able to legitimately give in response to the question: "How did SA go kaput?"
