Avocado and sweet chilli noodle salad

Ingredients
2 avocados- halved and sliced
200 g veggies: mange tout, baby corn, broccoli spears, carrot batons, bean sprouts
2 chicken breasts- cooked
200 egg noodles- cooked
Dressing:
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs fish sauce
2 Tbs castor sugar
2 Tbs sesame oil
Method
Mix all the dressing ingredients together well. Toss the salad ingredients together in a large bowl with the dressing until well coated.
Serve in bowls garnished with seeds and sprouts
