Ingredients (3)

1 tortillas — flour
4 cup chicken breast fillets — cooked, chopped
2 cup cheese — grated

Method:

If you are making mini quesadillas, cut rounds out of the tortilla wraps using a cookie cutter.

Take one wrap, cover it with a thin layer of grated cheese, add a couple of pieces of chicken, another thin layer of cheese, and another wrap.

Place in a frying pan and grill on both sides until the cheese is melted.

Alternatively, brown the wraps in the frying pan, assemble them and then place them in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
