Avocado pasta with chorizo and olives

Ingredients
300 g whole-wheat penne pasta
10 sundried tomatoes drained
10 olives- de-stoned
200 g chorizo sausage- sliced and fried
100 parmesan cheese- cubed
Method
Cook pasta according to instructions on-pack.
Drain pasta and toss gently with remaining ingredients.
Serve in bowls with chunks of bread and extra grated parmesan cheese.
