Ingredients
6 sugar cubes
1 dash bitters
1 bottle champagne
120 ml brandy
Method
Place a sugar cube in the bottom of each flute.
Add a dash of bitters and a tot of brandy. Top with Champagne (or sparkling wine or MCC).
