Harare - Iqembu elibusayo eZimbabwe selifake amasondo abayisikhombisa ababengamalungu aphezulu kwathi abangu-13 bamiswa emsebenzini, kusho umbiko ngoLwesihlanu.

Kuthiwa lokhu kwenziwa yiqembu ukuzama “ukukhuculula” izincelebane zikalowo owayeyiSekela likaMengameli uJoice Mujuru, naye owaxoshwa.

UMujuru, okwakubonakala sengathi nguyena ozongena ezicathulweni zikaMengameli Robert Mugabe ngelinye ilanga, wanukwa nguGrace Mgabe ngokwakha itulo lokuketula umyeni wakhe emandleni.

"Kuxoshwe amalungu ayisikhombisa kwathi angu-13 amiswa. Lesi sinqumo sithathwe ngoLwesine ebusuku kulandela umhlangano wekomidi eliphezulu,” kusho okhulumela iZANU-PF uSimon Khaya Moyo etshela i-AFP.

Phakathi kwalabo abaxoshiwe kubalwa nowayenguNgqongqoshe wezeMfundo ePhakeme u-Olivia Muchena, owezaMandla uDzikamayi Mavhaire nezikhulu oRay Kaukonde noKudakwashe Bhasikiti.

"Abamisiwe ngeke banikezwe izikhundla eqenjini kepha ngeke baphucwe ubulungu babo,” kusho uMoyo.
