'Olwama etolls luhamba phambili'

Johannesburg – Inhlangano yonjiniyela eNingizimu Afrika ebizwa ngeConslting Engineers South Africa (Cesa) isimemezele ukuthi uhlelo lwama-etolls iyona ndlela ehamba phambili ekuthuthukiseni imigwaqo yaseGauteng.

“Iyona yodwa indlela engasebenza ngokushesha ukulungisa isimo semigwaqo enguthelawayeka kulesi sifundazwe,” kusho uWallace Mayne oyisikhulu sale nhlangano.

“Kwi-Cesa lungangasisebenzela kodwa yilona lodwa uhlelo olungasebenza. Inkinga wukuthi akekho oseke wachazela abantu kahle ngalo,” kusho yena.

Ngokubika kwe-Fin24 le nhlangano imele cishe izinkampani zinjiniyela ezingu-500 kanti ikusho lokhu ngesikhathi yenza isethulo salokhu phambi kwethimba labeluleki ohlelweni lwama-etoll eMdrand eGoli.

Kuthiwa leli thimba lizobhekelela izindlela ezingasetshenziswa ukuze lolu hlelo lwama-etolls lusebenze.

NgoMsombuluko uhulumeni waseGauteng umemezele ukuthi leli thimba lizoxhumana nezinhlaka ezahlukene kusukela ngoLwesithathu lapho kuzodingidwa khona ukuthi kungenzeka kanjani ukuze lolu hlelo lube yimpumelelo.
