UWoolworths nemizamo yokukhokha izikweletu

Johannesburg - UWoolworths [JSE:WHL] uhlela ukwenza imali engu-R10bn ngokunikezela ngamalungelo enkampani ukuze bakwazi ukukhokha imali eyabolekwa ngesikhathi kuthengwa inkampani yase-Australia, iDavid Jones, kusho inkampani ngoLwesihlanu.

Lesi sitolo esithengisa ukudla kanye nezingubo ithenge inkampani engeyesibili ngobukhulu e-Australia ngo-$2bn kule nyanga ukuze ibe ngenye yezinkampani ezinkulukazi e-southern hemisphere.

Isivumelwane sokuthengwa kweDavid Jones saphumelela ngoxhaso lwamanye amabhange – okubalwa kuwona iCitigroup, JPMorgan Chase & Co kanye noStandard Bank – okuyimali okudingeka akhokhwe, kusho uWoolworths.

Inkampani ithe ihlela ukukhipha imininingwane ngamalungelo ngoLwesibili, kanti ukufaka izicelo zamalungelo kuzovalwa ngoSepthemba 26.

Amasheya akwaWoolworths anyuke ngo-0.05% afinyelela ku-R79.11 ngo-14:00.
