Nairobi - The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Keriako Tobiko has given the go-ahead for the prosecution of suspended Deputy Chief Justice Nancy Baraza for assaulting and threatening a Rebecca Kerubo, a security guard.
According to
Capital News, Tobiko has appointed two senior officials from his office to lead the case against Baraza.
The tribunal investigating the incident recommended Baraza’s removal from office after it concluded that she pinched Kerubo’s nose, brandished a gun at her and caused disturbances at the Village Market.
