Nairobi – Police have failed to locate former President
Daniel Moi’s son Philip yet again, following a warrant of arrest issued
on Wednesday.
The officers from Muthaiga police station spent the better part of
Thursday morning at Philip’s house in Muthaiga but they did not find
him.
“We have not been able to find him, my officers have been at the home
but he was not there,” Starehe divisional police Chief Aphoid Nyagah
said.
