Nairobi - Suspended Football Kenya Federation(FKF) vice chairman Sammy Sholei and Nairobi branch chairman Dan Shikanda have withdrawn the court case they had filed to object the passing of a new constitution.
Instead, the duo has filed the same case at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) on the advice of Sports assistant minister Kabando Wa Kabando in a meeting on Thursday.
Sholei said he will hold a press conference on Friday morning to explain why they decided to take the matter to court.
