Streamline meetings
Save time for everyone involved by creating an agenda ahead of time and sharing it with everyone attending the meeting.
To keep things moving, make a ‘parking lot’ of runaway conversations or issues rather than getting hung up mid-meeting.

Schedule two times a day that you can dedicate to checking and answering emails... an efficient routine can help make sure you don’t get interrupted every time you get an email.

Take active recovery breaks.
Focus on taking a moment to care for yourself, rest and recharge.
