When the Springboks landed on home soil after securing rugby's top international prize, they embarked on their nationwide World Cup tour. The South African rugby team paraded the streets of Pretoria, Johannesburg, Soweto, Cape Town, Durban and East London.

After beating their biggest rival, New Zealand's All Blacks, in a nail-biting World Cup final, the SA team returned on a high.

The tour overflowed with celebrations and a joyous atmosphere, but there were a few hiccups along the way.
