EFF councillor candidate disqualified after calling for whites to be 'hacked and killed' - reports

Tshwane - Economic Freedom Fighters Tshwane ward councillor candidate Thabo Mabotja has been disqualified from the local government candidate nomination list, according to various reports.

This comes after Mabotja apparently called for white people to be "hacked and killed" on Facebook.

The decision was made by the Electoral Court on Friday.
