Karen Thomson and Kerry Hammerton recently released a book, entitled Sugar Free: 8 Weeks to Freedom from Sugar and Carbs, which gives advice which will help you cut refined sugar and carbohydrates from your diet. They join Jennifer Sanasie in studio to speak about their eight week program.
Thomson says that after coming out of rehab for her alcohol and drug addictions she became addicted to sugar. Watch her tell us about how she recognised her addiction.
