Today's newspapers focused on the death of former South African cricketer Clive Rice, who passed away yesterday morning after suffering from a brain tumor in recent years. News24 Live interviewed Craig Mathews, who played with Rice in the 1980's about the incident.

Also in today's newspapers, US president Barack Obama's visit to the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The visit is his last stop of his African trip. Also, according to the Cape Times, Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu has been readmitted to hospital.
