New 'puritan' SA tobacco laws could prohibit branding

Although not officially announced, plain packaging is coming down the line along with further restrictions on how / when / where people may smoke. The Free Market Foundation believe this to be another step towards a nanny-state and erosion of individual freedom.

We spoke to executive director Leon Louw, who also weighed in on the new Liquor Bill. Watch.
