Teacher's alleged assault of students caught on camera

A teacher who allegedly assaulted pupils at the Boitumelong High School in Tembisa, on the East Rand, has been given a notice of intention to suspend him, the Gauteng education department said today.

The footage, made available on Facebook, shows the teacher kicking one of the pupils and smacking the two boys on their heads before pushing them away.
