WATCH: Footage emerges of alleged shooter at Engen petrol station in Cape Town

Footage uploaded to YouTube by Netwerk24 shows the scene shortly after 23-year-old Toufiq Joseph was shot in his car at the Engen garage in Orange Street on Saturday. He later died at the scene.

In the video it shows that the occupant was alive after the incident.

Witnesses at the scene have identified the man in the denim shorts as the alleged shooter. He has appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate's court on Monday on charges of murder.
