Former Beeld editor Adriaan Basson has just been appointed as editor-in-chief of Netwerk24. Adriaan and his team have big plans to expand their audience and become a major competitor in the 'loyal' Afrikaans media market. Watch to find out more.

Media24 announced on Thursday that Beeld editor Adriaan Basson would become the full time editor-in-chief of Netwerk24 from September 1. Basson has been the editor of Beeld since 2013.
