Reporting that the ANC's membership numbers had dropped from a little more than 1.2 million in 2012 to 769 870 this year, President Jacob Zuma fumbled over his numbers.

Although the ANC's membership numbers had dropped it was expected to reach 1.3 million in the near future, President Jacob Zuma said yesterday.
