Presumably taxpayers are aware of the stench of dirty stuff afoot in SARS.
It seems to have begun with the of Tom Moyane as the new Commissioner of SARS in September last year, and his subsequent 'eradication' of long-serving SARS officials, most of whom seemed to be invesigating tax fraud relating to Nkandla, and other high-level public figures.
Impossible for me to summarise details here because of news24's user-unfriendly websited, but I can at least attach a couple of website links that are a must-read for any concerned taxpayer:
