Bad service

I bought myself mtn R30 voucher I used only R8 from that airtime. I recieved message from mtn promotion that I had received R100 airtime which I must used it mtn to mtn. The R22 airtime I had is gone I can not call people I know from other network services.I call this daylight robbery of mtn users.Not all people we know are mtn
