Calling the Artist in YOU!

Did you once paint or draw only to find that daily demands on your time left the paintbox unopened at the bottom of a musty cupboard? Perhaps you've always had a yen to try your hand at this relaxing and rewarding pastime? Three hours when you can simply immerse yourself in creativity, with some mentoring (if you appreciate constructive suggestions). All this for R30 to cover the cost of hiring the hall!

Perhaps it's time to implement (a rather late) New Year's resolution....come to our Tuesday morning group and start painting! We meet in the Hillcrest Anglican Hall in N'kutu Road (just down from the Post Office) from 09.00 'till 12.00, with a 10.30 tea or coffee  break. We're a friendly bunch of enthusiasts, some more 'advanced' than others, but everyone is  welcome, from beginners to the more experienced. Some friends have recently retired out of town, with others leaving for overseas, so places are currently available.

The venue is light and spacious with plenty of tables available for those who like to 'spread  themselves'! Bring your own materials or just come along for a 'trial' session with pencil and paper. You can even borrow brushes and acrylic paints for the morning, plus a selection of references to inspire the artist in you....that's how generous we are!!
