Cellphone company lies about in warranty repair.

I bought a P7 smart phone had it for two weeks and when I plugged in the charger it got hot and died. So gave it in for repairs came back with photo, was told it was water damage.  So I bought a new one,  of witch the screen broke after 6 week and decided to put the water damage phones screen on the new one. When I opened the phone I saw that the photo that I was sent was not of my phones pc board.  After a bunch of phone calls my number has been put on a automated respons that I am now a prank caller. I think this is fraud and if they did it to me how many other get fed the wrong info so that V..... dont have to repair or replace warranty damaged phones.
