Continuing Bank Fraud.

Several thousand houses are "repossessed" every month in SA. It is very probable that 95%-plus of those are being done illegally!

In spite of  coverage by SABC on Special Assignment (Which has been squashed) regarding lying and false information given to the Courts by banks during the legal process, it has, once again, been pushed under the carpet.

I have a huge amount of evidence of "strange" behaviour by SA Homeloans and have tried to get press coverage in Port Elizabeth`s local newspaper but have been IGNORED by the Editor. There never was a "loan" and you never "borrowed" a cent!

If you or someone you know has had their house repossessed by a bank, contact me on 0741295919. Let`s get together and STOP THIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY!

Johan u must work for the bank, you ignorant creature! there is a lot of skulduggery going on and the banks do thing they are above the law. when a bank repossesses a house due to a client not being able to pay for what ever reason, the banks are helping themselves to more than what they are due. iv seen this with my own eyes!!!

The whole system of fractional reserve banking is corrupt from its very inception. Under this system banks create 97% of our money supply literally "out of thin air" every time they issue a loan and still have the privilege of charging interest on it. If the Reserve bank sets a reserve a requirement of 4 %, the banks can issue loans of R2.5 Billion rands at prime plus for every R100 Million rands they borrow from the Reserve Bank at the repo rate.In other words their deposits are literally loaned out 25X over; that is the level of leverage in the system.

And not just regarding loans either..... My bank withdrew my overdraft facility, sending me a letter stating that it had been at my request, when they spotted no salary coming in for 3 months. This apparently turned my current account into a "dormant" account even though it still had 50+K in it and was constantly in use. All I'd done was - without notifying my bank - take a couple of months sabbatical which it seems is not allowed by the bank! They withdrew the overdraft facility but "neglected" for 3 months to also cancel the insurance policy running on it, this until I queried the whole fiasco and "Hey Presto", suddenly I get 1 premium returned to me. Bunch of rogues, the whole banking system in SA is a crock deal, be warned.

These "down thumbs" are rather interesting - banking employees surfing during business hours on our money?!!

That's why the Government had to come up with the New Credit protect the consumers(you and me), from the banks. "Ons is deur die bank aan jou kant", is a lie. Ultimately the banks look after themselves in spite of what they tell consumers.

Seeing that the media is turning a blind eye,why not approached law enforcement agencies, before more damage s done?

My neighbour bought a house for 450k financed by fnb,he therefore defaulted on payments but managed to pay interests every month which is R800,the house was sold for 650k&he was jst owing 50k,the bank should have taken their 50k with no interests&gave him the difference, that would have been a fair practice but no the banks are jst greedy&fraudlent
