Earthquake: Still traumatised

Honestly been traumatised since the incident happened. My heart is not at ease because fear to leave my family behind. When it happened was the only one in the house. All I could say was "mama". Because my mom was doing the laundry outside. It's only by the grace of God that it didn't fall on me. We even had a false alarm that my little brother passed on at school, and that the building fell on him. We were all in deep shock. I fell and hurt my arm because I coudn't handle the news, it all went away when I saw him getting of the bus. All I could say was "God ur holy".

Shame, you'll be fine.

Good Lord, I don't think you should ever move to NZ. You'd end up in their equivalents of Weskoppies or Stikland within a day. You'd be tied to a bed.

Now you've traumatised all of us with whatever this was.

Boniwe, not to traumatise you any further, but (judging by this "article") I think you hit your head, and not your arm when you fell...

Aga shame... How on earth do you cope??

Shame sweetie - God had nothing to do with it, all thanks to the builders who built good structures.

I empathize with your feelings of trauma Boniwe, but glad you and your family are ok. Pay no heed to the usual stick-in-the-muds and their comments, see they all out here in force. But what else to be expected. Go well.
