If you are calling for the death penalty, you may be stupid.

I told you I was an oppressor in my last article; news24.com/MyNews24/I-am-an-oppressor-20140722, Today I am not going to oppress things. We always get told that Bantu education was a sorry mess and the poor oppressed previously have nots were seriously disadvantaged by the system. I talk to White ous all the time that were obviously failed by their outstanding educators. I have a reason to believe that half the country was educated at farm schools in Ventersdorp and other such places.
These well educated morons have a few faults. They start groups called Red October, The AWB and other such oddities where they convince themselves that they are being persecuted. This sounds much like the Christians in the USA always whining about how their faith is being persecuted when everything is actually in their favour.
THe following conversation may or may not have happened a few days ago, but I suspect it did because we suddenly have rockit signtists calling for the death penalty. Pay attention.
The scene a meeting in a farm hall between albaster hol and gat sonder verstand, The manne have had a few dops and start discussing the latest killing. Oom Gawie was ripped apart by some thugs and all their mathematic capability ties this crime to the murder of Frik Nel in die Boland and Saartjie iets from the Karoo. The actors Jannie Potgieter a paid up member of Afrikaners Without Brains, Sannie his wife, Flippie Lotz a staunch believer that Hitler was a hero, Saartjie his wife, and some other ous from the distrik all worried about the lazy ouk they chucked off the plaas last month.

Jannie : "Vose blerrie darkies wants to kill us all in our farms"Flippie : "Tue true man, ever since Malema started with his kaark the white ou is not safe on his own land, Saartjie bring nog 'n doppie daar"Saartie : "Oraait man, but doesn't forget about that Nel people, We must do somefing ne"Jannie : " We must make a call for ve daef penalty, That will really shake these darkies"Flippie : "Ja boet, vat vil scare them"
I know talking to Jannie, Flippie and Saartjie will fall on deaf ears because God is on their side and thought is not.
I am appealing to those of you that actually have a mind not befuddled with Viceroy and Coke, that hopefully learned to read and have some understanding. The argument against the death penalty is huge, especially in Afrika. Think about this there are some boer volk in prison right now being charged with acts of terror, treason or some other gedoentes to do with guns and no roses.
Imagine if the ANC had the power to issue a death sentence, they most assuredly would. Imagine for a moment that those charges are trumped up and you happened to be mates with one of those blokes, you know nothing about the crimes but you happened to chat to a bloke when you passed him at the cross roads between Graskop and Klaserie. The secret service blokes arrested you along with those okes and now you are facing death because the coppers created evidence like a shotgun shell in your bakkie. Would you still want the death penalty?
Imagine your wife was killed by a hijacker and everyone knows it's always the spouse. Your gardener knows the Hijacker and gave him all the details. The gardener after some bullying by the detective in charge swears that you paid him to find someone to kill your wife.  Would you still want the death penalty? This is very similar to something that happened to my Granddad sans the murder. He had a store in a rural area, Some guys got caught breaking in and the tale they told was that the old man had paid them to break in for the insurance, only Papa had no insurance. These things happen all the time.  Would you still want the death penalty?
Imagine your Brother, Mother, Sister, Father had something to do with a protest and ended up being charged with insurrection or treason.  Would you still want the death penalty?
Did you know the last person that was murdered by the law in South Africa was posthumously vindicated and proved innocent of the charges that lead to his hanging. It was too late to give him back his life. Do you think even one misprosecution by corrupt cops is ok? Surely there must be fire where there is smoke?
In the USA some states have the death penalty, others don't. Statistics tell us that the death penalty is not a deterrent, In fact in States where they have the death penalty, people are more likely to be murdered by robbers, because dead men cannot identify them.
I think I have made my case against the death penalty, some however don't have the imagination to see what a powerful tool the death penalty could be in the wrong hands. I know that people don't trust our judicial system, I know people that don't bother reporting crime if they are not insured. The judicial system in this country is not respected, It is considered corrupt by many if not most. Criminals buy their way out, dockets get "lost." More guns get into the hands of criminals from Police stations than most other places.
Do you still want the death penalty?
